3D Printing

Prototypes to production runs — fast, affordable, in engineering-grade materials

From Idea to Engineered Solution

We operate a fleet of FDM and resin 3D printers that run full-time on customer prototypes, production parts, and in-house projects. Whether you need a single concept model or hundreds of identical components, we have the capacity and materials to deliver.

3D printing makes previously expensive manufacturing processes economical — from cast aluminium mould patterns to custom jigs, fixtures, and end-use parts in engineering-grade materials.

Capabilities

FDM & Resin Printing

We have FDM and resin printers running full-time, producing everything from one-off prototypes to production runs.

Prototypes & Production

From rapid concept validation to manufacturing runs of functional end-use parts — we handle the full spectrum.

Engineering Materials

Beyond basic PLA — glass-filled ABS, TPU, PETG and resin for parts that need to perform under real-world conditions.

Fast Turnaround

In-house printers mean no outsourcing delays. Most jobs are turned around within days, not weeks

Case Study

One of our most interesting projects involved creating cast aluminium mould patterns for a 1911 Willys Overlander. The owner needed water manifolds recreated from scratch after they had been largely destroyed by corrosion. We modelled the remnants as accurately as possible, then 3D printed the cores and core boxes — making this a very economical option compared to traditional pattern-making.
